Game App Privacy Policy

01Scope and operator

This shared policy covers games provided by the Company through the App Store, Google Play or other channels that link to this policy in the app or store listing. The app name is shown in its store listing.

We use AdMob for ads and Firebase Analytics for analytics. Our apps do not offer sign-in or account registration. In-app purchases and the available products vary by app; purchase-related provisions apply only where that feature is offered.

Read any app-specific notice together with this policy. Apps operated by our clients and external platforms themselves are governed by their respective operators’ policies. Information submitted through this website is addressed separately in the website privacy policy.

02Information and purposes

In addition to information you submit, the apps collect and transmit the information below through embedded SDKs. The information handled depends on features, device, permissions and consent.

03External services and transmission

Our apps use the following services. Their policies provide further details about their handling of information. Linking to these policies does not remove the Company’s responsibilities under this policy.

04Accounts, purchases and game data

There is no Company account or sign-in requirement. Advertising and analytics SDKs still process app or device identifiers; having no account does not mean that no information is collected or transmitted.

Where purchases are offered, payment uses App Store or Google Play facilities. We do not directly receive your card number. Store procedures govern purchases, refunds and subscription cancellation. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.

You can remove locally stored game data by uninstalling the app or using OS storage settings. If data is included in a device backup, check the backup settings as well.

05Consent, permissions and choices

We provide required explanations and obtain consent for advertising identifiers, tracking and other processing as required by applicable law, OS and region. Viewing this policy alone does not replace any required consent.

You can change tracking choices in iOS Privacy & Security settings, or advertising / advertising ID settings on Android. Names and options vary by OS version. If an app provides a consent management screen, you can also change choices there.

Restricting personalized ads may not stop all ads or processing needed for delivery and fraud prevention. Contact us below to withdraw analytics consent or request deletion.

06Sharing, international processing and security

Information is provided or processed to the extent necessary for the services above, your consent, legally permitted disclosures or necessary service providers. We restrict use outside the stated purposes and select and oversee providers to maintain the protection required by law and this policy.

Providers such as Google may process information at facilities outside Japan. We take measures required by applicable law, including notices and consent where necessary.

We take safeguards appropriate to the information, such as access controls and protection of communications, to help prevent loss, disclosure and unauthorized access.

07Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed for the stated purposes. Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests or disputes, and purchase records as needed for restoration or legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or made non-identifiable.

Advertising and analytics retention follows our service settings and providers’ retention and deletion policies. Uninstalling an app does not automatically delete all information already transmitted.

To request deletion, contact us with the app name and information concerned. After proportionate identity verification, we act on information we can identify and control. We explain any limits, such as legal retention obligations or information already anonymized.

08Children’s privacy

Our games are not directed primarily at children. Check the store age rating and requirements in your region.

We do not intend to obtain personal information without required parental consent from children for whom such consent is required by law. Parents who become aware of inappropriate collection should contact us. We will investigate and take necessary steps, including deletion where appropriate.

09Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of use, or withdraw consent. Depending on your region, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, portability and complain to a supervisory authority.

Email the contact below with the app name, OS and your request. Do not send passwords or card numbers. If identity verification is needed, we will explain the minimum information required.

10Changes and contact

We update this policy as laws, services, SDKs or data practices change. The current version and update date appear here. We provide legally required notice or obtain consent for material changes.
