Project Overview

A Japanese-English bilingual knowledge base website dedicated to Unity graphics (URP, VFX Graph, etc.) for troubleshooting and technical glossary reference.

Project Goal

  • To systematize solutions for complex Unity rendering errors and performance spikes, aiming to build a reference guide for game developers to "self-resolve issues quickly" in production.

Scope of Work

  • Writing 220 high-quality articles: Approx. 3,000 words per article, fully covering error symptoms, causes, and solution codes with complete bilingual translation.
  • Fully bilingual (JA/EN): Combining translation APIs and HTML reverse-parsing technologies to automatically synchronize 100% equivalent data volume.
  • Advanced UI/UX: Implemented futuristic dark mode theme, one-click code copy, dynamic Table of Contents (TOC), and FAQ accordions.
  • SEO and high-speed loading: Utilized Astro (SSG) for ultra-fast page loads and automatic JSON-LD structured data injection across all pages.

Key Highlights

  • Illustration using everyday analogies: Explaining complex 3D graphics theories with easy analogies, like "LZMA vs LZ4 compression = Suitcase vs Cabinet" so anyone can intuitively understand.
  • Production checklists: Visualizing causes and solutions in HTML tables/checklists so developers can double-check settings while working.
  • Extreme site speed: Achieved lightning-fast display performance through thorough lightweight optimizations, despite a large structure of over 450 pages.
